Return Window:
You may return items within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items like opened electronics or used gear may not be eligible for return.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
